Welcome to our party packages. These packages are meant for busy parents who simply want to pick a theme and a color scheme for their kids’ birthday party and let us do the rest! Simply arrive in your own backyard to a fully realized extravaganza.

Note: No exchanges or substitutions. Up to one á la carte service only may be added to any of the party packages. The event packages can only be held at a private residence. No parks or venues. We only offer the packages within a 10 mile radius in any direction from Beverly Hills. If you wish to custom make your event, please refer to our Event Services Page.

2 Costumed variety entertainers (1hr)
3 Themed designer balloon bouquets.
Custom decorated flat cake. (25 servings.)

Pizza cart. Fresh dough rolled out on site. Cheese and veggie. 48 slices. (Each additional 8 slices is $28.) 2 hours.
3 Kids’ tables, 3 linens and 24 kids’ chairs.
32 Themed plates, cups, napkins and forks.
Custom decorated flat cake. (35 servings.)
24 Custom party favors. (Each additional party favor is $20.)

Classic Tea Party

2 costumed fairies or princesses for games, singing and face painting (2 hrs)
2 kids tables, 2 linens and 20 kids’ chairs
Floral and gold ceramic tea set rental (20 cups and saucers plus two tea pots)
48 mini desserts (24 mixed flavors macaroons, 12 strawberry cupcakes and 12 chocolate cupcakes)
3 beautiful ceramic tiered platters rental decorated with ivy
2 floral arrangements in cottage style baskets (pink roses and ivy)

The party planner consultation fee of $800 is fully usable towards your party total as long as the final cost of the party is $7000 or greater. The party planner consultation fee is non-refundable 48 hours prior to the scheduled consultation and onwards.

If you would like to re-schedule or cancel the party planning consultation, please do so with at least 48 hours prior notice in order to receive a future credit for the same amount.

If the party planner arrive at the agreed upon location at the agreed upon time and client is not present, there will be an additional charge of $200 to re-schedule the consultation.

Our Terms of Service

PAYMENT POLICY

A deposit of 50% of total cost of services is due upon order. No entertainer or service can be held or guaranteed for a party date until deposit has been received. Deposits can be paid via Credit card only. We do not accept checks. All credit card payments are subject to a 3% service fee. All final balances will be charged to the same credit card used for the deposit on the Friday preceding the scheduled event or service. Services booked with less than 24 hours notice require a $150 expedite fee charged up front. The expedite fee is non-refundable but will be deducted from the total of the service once the service is booked. In addition, all services booked with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a 10% rush fee.

Payments for styling, decor, party favors and desserts are due in full upon booking. Payments for styling, decor, party favors and desserts booked with less than 10 days notice are subject to a 20% rush fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 24 hours require payment in full.

All payments for styling, decor, party favors and desserts are 100 % non-refundable.
