WELCOME to our carnival rides and trains page!

These fabulous trains and rides are a great addition to any birthday party or celebration event where there are tiny tots and children of all ages!

Please keep in mind the space requirements, load-in requirements and sometimes weight and height requirements for each ride as listed below under each ride. Also, keep in mind that the price goes up on calendar holidays and holiday weekends because the demand is tenfold on those dates!

A power source within 50 feet is required to rent any of our rides or you can rent one of our fabulous generators for $135.

MERRY GO ROUND

Ride your favorite circus animal! Comes with a conductor. The merry go round sits atop a trailer that needs to be parked in a driveway or anyplace where the truck can drive to. Size 15′ by 15’.

PRICE:
$1,700* for up to 5 hours. Plus travel $100-500 depending on Zip code.

Toddler TrainLITTLE TODDLER TRAIN

For tiny kiddos up to 60 lbs. and maximum 48” tall. Includes an on-site operator. 30 by 10 ft required on flat ground. Grass or concrete is ok.

PRICE:
$1,800* for up to 5 hours. Plus travel $100-500 depending on Zip code.

LARGE TRAIN ON WHEELS

40 ft long train ride for all ages. Comes with a conductor. Needs to be driven on a flat, quiet street or cul de sac without an incline. Turn radius is 25 ft.

PRICE:
$ 950 for 2 hours.      $1,100 for 3 hours.

Some cities will be subject to a travel fee of between $100 to $200. Please call or email to inquire.

* Additional surcharge of $500 for all holidays and holiday weekends.

Terms of Service

The party planner consultation fee of $800 is fully usable towards your party total as long as the final cost of the party is $7000 or greater. The party planner consultation fee is non-refundable 48 hours prior to the scheduled consultation and onwards.

If you would like to re-schedule or cancel the party planning consultation, please do so with at least 48 hours prior notice in order to receive a future credit for the same amount.

If the party planner arrive at the agreed upon location at the agreed upon time and client is not present, there will be an additional charge of $200 to re-schedule the consultation.

Our Terms of Service

PAYMENT POLICY

A deposit of 50% of total cost of services is due upon order. No entertainer or service can be held or guaranteed for a party date until deposit has been received. Deposits can be paid via Credit card only. We do not accept checks. All credit card payments are subject to a 3% service fee. All final balances will be charged to the same credit card used for the deposit on the Friday preceding the scheduled event or service. Services booked with less than 24 hours notice require a $150 expedite fee charged up front. The expedite fee is non-refundable but will be deducted from the total of the service once the service is booked. In addition, all services booked with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a 10% rush fee.

Payments for styling, decor, party favors and desserts are due in full upon booking. Payments for styling, decor, party favors and desserts booked with less than 10 days notice are subject to a 20% rush fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 24 hours require payment in full.

All payments for styling, decor, party favors and desserts are 100 % non-refundable.
